Initial Consultation
This is an opportunity for us to meet each other and to explore your goals and what you hope to achieve through our future sessions together. We will look at how the brain works to help you understand why you are feeling as you do. I will also use this time to gather some details from you and answer any questions.

Stop Smoking/vaping
This is a single session which lasts between 90 minutes and 1 hour. During this we look at the science of the mind in relation to smoking/vaping, understanding how habits are formed and how solution focused hypnotherapy can help. It will involve a guided hypnosis session to help reframe smoking and adjust thought patterns. You will receive a copy of my trance MP3 to support the process.

SFH Sessions
Our weekly sessions together will look at the positive things which have happened since our last session together. We will revisit how the brain works before exploring ideas, changes and solutions.
We will finish the session with relaxing hypnosis to allow the brain to consider what you have talked about and consolidate changes you would like to make.

Specific Phobias
​A specific phobia is an extreme fear for a specific 'thing' For example, spiders, snakes, flying, needles, public speaking or buttons- but the list is endless.
The treatment will take 3 sessions after an initial consultation. These will replace your fear response with a calm and controlled one.
You will not come into direct contact with what you have your fear of.

Group Well-being / mental health sessions and workshops.
For Adults and Children
I offer group well-being and mental health sessions to schools, charities and businesses.
During these I will look at the neuroscience of the brain in relation to stress, anxiety, depression and other concerns around well being and mental health. I will explore how our brain and body's react physically and how this relates to our thoughts and perceptions of events in our live. I will also look at techniques and tips that can be used to support ourselves in developing good mental health and positive well-being.

I also run assemblies and class sessions for children and young people which look at how the brain works, what stress, anxiety and anger are and how we can recognise these in ourselves. I will look at what they can do to help themselves to manage negative feelings and responses and stay mentally healthy.

Sessions can be tailored in length and content depending on the audience. Prices will reflect this.

Sessions can be done in person or online (both work equally as well and it down to personal preference)

To get the full benefit of hypnotherapy, it is best that you book a regular slot. This helps us to build continuity and helps your brain to build a pattern of positive behaviour. However, if life and work commitments meant this isn't possible then I can be flexible.
